Been happy with them since they opened, but I'm just now motivated to write a review. Took my bike in for a flat repair and they noticed the hanger for my derailleur was broken. Asked Scott how much it would cost and he said he wasn't going to charge me because it didn't look to him like something that ought to have happened. Yes, Trek will reimburse them (I asked), but still I know that takes the shop going to bat for me and saying that Trek ought to cover it. That's good service.
Awesome Service and Products! Local owned, the owner even rides with his customers. If you want local bike shop that cares make sure you come here. My wife and I will be buying all our gear, bikes parts from this place.
