I've had a pretty good experience every time I've gone here. I understand some of the responses as there's never enough people when you need them. That being said, I've never been unable to get help when I've needed it, it just took a little while. They almost always have the item I'm looking for in stock and it's usually as cheap or cheaper than other places. I've purchased things on their online store as well and have been able to just run to the store and pick them up. But unless you thing there's a reason it won't be in stock when you get there or there'll be a long line (like holiday shopping), it's usually faster to just buy it at the store. This is because to pick it up, you'll have to wait in the (*GULP*) customer service line... ...and that's almost always slower than the typical cash register line.

absolutely terrible customer service, we waited for about twenty minutes for someone to help us put a refrigerator in our car, when no one came to help, me and my husband tried to do it ourselves. finally the guy came over and we asked if he could help us, he said no and walked back into the store. so ONE horrible customer service, TWO because of this we were late to our own wedding rehearsal, and THREE when we called and told the team member what had happened they refused to do anything about it. sooooo please please please refuse this place like the plague, it will save you and your family alot of grief.
The Samsung rep who sold me my S8 is always knollage and can walk me through any problem I'm having. She was kind and patient. She knows these phones inside and out. I am so glad Best Buy had someone on sight. Over the phone can get confusing. I've always been able to get an employee to help me find my way or help me make good choices.
The Warranty is worth the money!! Bought a gear s2 classic almost 2 years ago and the back came off I wasn't a happy camper...So I called up the geek squad and found out that I did have a 2 year warranty plan in place and I was told just to take my watch back for an even exchange!! It was by far the best visit and exchange process I have ever experienced. I even got another 2 year warranty to go along with my exchange. I am completely satisfied and happy we decided to get the warranty plan in the first place. I wore my watch every day from the first day we bought it and to know that my money was well spent and it covered a whole new watch plus another 2 year warranty is absolutely amazing!!! Remember to always pay for a warranty it really is worth the extra money!!!
