Did a horrible job at the arrangements of the flowers even with the photos and the suggestions even with their so called claim of "experts" and "professionals" they gave us a completely different outcome not even remotely close to the photo reference and even after they wouldn't even give us a refund 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone!!!

My daughter loved, loved, loved the Christmas center piece. It was better than what I thought it would be.
I was overjoyed that I received a Mother's Day bouquet. Right away I noticed the dirty leaves, Lilies of the Valley were already wilted, edges of flowers had cracked and were slightly browning, some of the snap dragons were already wilted, and a Lily fell off on day 3. The greenery is so dry it crumbles away like dead leaves. No plant food packet included or directions to help care for flowers. Disappointed that my son ordered by phone from Sacramento and spent a lot of money for wilted flowers. Never again!
Wow this place saved the day!! I ordered flowers for my mother Inlaw from another site and they never showed up yesterday we wanted them there for Mother's Day... well last night as I was freaking out and trying to think of something we can send sense we live out of State I found Rober florist page. Placed and order with the hopes they would at least get there Monday.. well to my shock they had delivery date for today!! I placed my order and this morning called to make sure I was not dreaming and the gal who picked up the phone was extremely nice and wonderful she looked into my order and said they where waiting to be delivered :) I can't tell you how happy and thankful we are to this wonderful place. My mother Inlaw is in love with her arrangement and was so happy to get it! Thank you thank you thank you for the amazing wonderful customer service!! This is where I'll be ordering from now on :)
Beautiful arrangement that sadly lasted one day. Got a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day but next day the white roses and Lily's were all dead.Very disappointed!
