Very pleasant experience. I knew what I was looking for, went in, applied for credit and was finished with my shopping experience in about one hour. Received my furniture on the day promised (in 5 days) A thumbs up! UPDATE: I've had this couch for 2 1/2 years, I am very happy with the quality, I haven't had to use the $50 insurance we paid extra, (5 year warranty) hopefully if we need, I hope they are good to their promise. ;)
Do your research before going into the show room, know what you're looking for and don't impulse buy. Ask for their best and final offer including tax and delivery. Then go home and sleep on it, they won't push you too hard. When you wake up if it seems like a good deal then go buy some great new furniture. If you're struggling with the price or how to make payments then just wait 6 months and try again.
We had a great experience choosing a mattress because of the perfect attention given to us by Dustin. He knew everything about the choices that we could make and help guide us to the best selection. I have always had a very positive experience with Ashley's Jerry is the best very pleasant professional and extremely good at his job , look him up there l think he is the #1 salesperson there. My over all experience was been very good l have made numerous purchases. The staff is pretty awesome especially the manager Jag!!!! (Cute too) he is pleasant and very helpful with the customers as well as his staff he makes sure you are a satisfied customer.
How do the sales people not speak English, Chase you around harassing you, then not have any information on how to sell you what you came there for? How is it possible to be currently paying on an account there, yet they can’t find it under your SS# or DL #? I think they are incompetent, lazy, and unfairly judging the guest- running an overall poor business. I won’t spend one more dollar there- living spaces is worth the drive to have friendly, knowledgeable staff, able to accommodate the customer. Shame on you and your staff.
