I went here for help for a horrible week long headache. They listened to my husband who explained my erratic behavior. They had no interest in examining me. They slapped a diagnosis of substance abuse. I was then driven to Yuma hospital and diagnosed with spinal meningitis.Do not visit this hospital
Outstanding place .Quick emergency room visit. Doctors and nurses were on top of there job.nd by far one of the best emergency rooms i ever been too way better than a.v. hospital .
When I arrived with my daughter last night I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, how quickly she was triaged, the understanding of the woman at the insurance window, the radiology tech, I was in the process of writing a 5 star review when the physician came in...She abruptly came in when I was explaining to the nurse why we were there, that my daughter get nervous talking to medical staff so they need to be patient. The doctor demanded my daughter explain why we were there, when she hesitated the doctor made a joke, again demanding she speak for herself, did a quick exam, did not address any of my daughters other complaints said she would give her a prescription for Motrin and the CAT scan should not have been ordered but we had to wait for the results. Over an hour later a nurse came out to the waiting room and told us she was being discharged no doctor's note for school gave us the prescription for the Motrin never examined her and I had to ask for the CAT scan results to take to her regular doctor. The only reason I'm giving this review three stars is because the staff was great. I will definitely think twice before going to the emergency room again we were treated better at AV hospital emergency room.
Worst experience ever..took my cancer father with pain and they said fyi u better off taking him to his primary hospital. I said to my knowledge you can go anywhere. I cant drive him to L.A we were there for 2 hours and all they did was check his vitals.
My experience couldn't of been better. The nurses were very attentive and helpful great staff never thought I'd be saying I enjoyed my stay there after sugery! Thank you Dr. Taylor and my nurses Marco, Michelle, Beth and Jan! Can't forget Aaron.
