The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because a couple of the employees are wonderful. Gene, Jackie, and Diana to name a few, have really helped with any questions I had. I had an encounter this morning with the manager and he straight walked away from me mid sentence. Some of the jewelery here isn't real so I had to exchange then i had a problem with my skin so I had to exchange. I am paying a good amount of money for this so it should be what I want and need. My ring center stones changed colors and I wanted to know why and how and he said it was impossible which we know heat changes the color of the stone so it may have changed when I got it sized. Bottom line customer service goes a long way And once I'm done paying my ring off I will never return here and never refer anyone here again!

Five stars because of Diana. She is the best. Since the first time we walked in she made us feel so welcome. She took her time explaining everything, answered each and every question honestly. I wanted a ring with black diamonds and she went as far as putting Sharpie on an example ring they had so I can get an idea. She knew exactly what we were looking for. She wasn't trying to sell us anything but what WE wanted and made sure we were happy.
I found exactly what I was looking for and Diana was very helpful. I can't wait to give my daughter her beautiful diamond earrings for her 13th birthday!! Thank you Diana and Kevin Jewelers... I'll definitely be back soon!
