I would like to say that the woman in the office was so very helpful and gave excellent Customer Service. I was told eta was 30-45 minutes time was 11am. After about an hour and a half I called and asked since I had 2 guys waiting in over 100 degrees of heat. She thought someone should have already been there. She stated she would call and get back to me. A man named Mark called and said he wasn't sure if he should go in case he didn't have correct car key. I explained Adriana had already checked and said he did. It was now 12:29. Adriana called back at 1:49pm to apologize and tell me Mark should be there in about 20-30 minutes. It was now 1:49pm. I finally get a call from Mark to advise job was done at 3:39. Mark not only took his time and informed my guys that he didn't want to be there but he also called me names and stated I was rude. I didn't know rude was asking an eta after so much time had gone by. He then didn't have his credit square working so the card wasn't able to be used but he then had no change to give so he kept a tip of $25. Unbelievable! Next time you need a locksmith call anyone but this
