After standing in line for 35 minutes at the pharmacy, I was finally helped by an inefficient new person. I have been "the new girl" so i can give some lee way, however when I called 8 hours later to see if my medications were ready, they had no record of me ever requesting one. I ended up requesting to have my DAILY, NEEDED medication prescription filled AGAIN over the phone.
If Walgreen's goal is to make people feel like they don't matter, then they have reached their goal.
I am from out of town, and need this medication to function. If I suddenly stop using it, I couldn't even drive to pick it up. I was there Friday. Here it is Sunday and no meds.
