So calling doesn't work Ordered Christmas cards been tracking the order which they have had for 4 business days!! With no delivery now instead of a delivery they sent the freaking package to a different post office!! Wth??? If they don't get in here in time what the hell is the point of sending them out
Very poor service. They are not responsible for your packages. Don't ever use USPS for your service. The in charge person also very rude . Don't ever use
... I had to come back and update this review, because as it turned out, the sketchy service I had turned out to be slightly more interesting, and I thought that they handled the strange situation I found myself in really beautifully. Now I simply say, good luck finding it, if this is your zone.
So fill out another request paper then he told me I'll be done on Monday 08/07/2017 so I said ok then I go back on 08/09/2017 they tell me it's not ready come back after 10 a.m or tomorrow to take to the supervisor which I'm assuming they're all bunch of knuckleheads government has made a big mistake of hiring this bunch of idiots because they don't know what the fu** they are doing
This place is a complete joke. I often get my neighbor's mail and have to deliver it to them. Who knows what mail I haven't received. And several times they have refused to deliver packages because they're too large. They just leave a "sorry we missed you" note on the door saying to come over and pick it up. Really?! THAT IS YOUR JOB!!!
I ordered a new lock with new keys and the location of my mailbox.
then they said I have to pay $85 cash or check so I said ok. then I gave them a check 07/31/2017 they said it will take 3 business days my 3th day was on 08/03/2017 but I went back to this stupid place and asking for key it's the same guy that helped me out in the first place. he's turns around then tells me do I have the receipt and if I paid for it he goes looking comes back tells me he cant find it.
