I use to work for this Keller Williams Antelope Valley in Palmdale and I can say they do not do anything for their agents this company is more of a new agent or unexperienced agents. The owner Sam doesn't care he just wants money from all agents 40 dollars for office fee X:284 agents that's $11,360 plenty of cash for this location which is convenient next to the mall the only good thing about this place, the owner doesn't even need to sell homes anymore making a profit out of agents not to add the real estate school next to it and the escrow company next to it in the same building which members of his family own what a pyramid scheme. I know many realtors from this location that have moved to other companies now because of the many bad reviews online from not only yelp but others which are very true they moved companies because they saw all the people in this company just do not care. I remember I will send an email and wont get a response at all to several emails no one is in charge here gosh. The front desk receptionists and MCA and brokers always changing or quitting. Rob is one of his lil monkeys also all making money of these poor agents including Anusha and Hadia same team or crooks. Brainwashing all the new agents, trust me you would not make money with this company you would make it on another company I guarantee it. I actually work now for a commercial company and KW of Palmdale I would never recommend to anyone don't just go because the building is big I actually trust more remax down the street on 30th st w and rancho vista. The ones that left this company are the smart ones and will be successful you don't need a company like this that just cares about money this includes their Acton office which is the same owner. Don't ever hire this company you will regret it, they even charge an extra scam fee to they clients of 190 on top of already e&o that either the agent will pay or try to sell it to the client that's sad. Commission looks good at first but is terrible at the time you get your check with all kinds of fees. They even try to convince you not to resign but that brainwashing does not work for me you do not intimidate me like all the new unexperienced agents. Terrible!!! VERY SAD !!! YOU GUYS MAKE REALTORS LOOK BAD.
