I the manager sees this and has a word for her... That can make a customer not come to the store peraonaly for the fear of beimg treated poorly and a new persons to apply for a job.

Before i can say bye she hung up. I wamted to get her name to nicely say "One of ykur emplyees antended me througg a phone call was rudely hanging up on me when i asked for her name. I called again and told im sorry but i wanted to get your name to notifh inspome with her about my submission. Again she reudley replied "ANNA!!! I SAID MY NAME WAS ANNA"
I had called to notify the manager that i had truned in my application was finished and turned in for him to pull up and go through it like he said. The manager himswlf was kind and was proper. I cannsee hes a great manager.
Now when given the info abkut she rudy said did yoh submit it? I replied yes.
Employee "Anna" was rude. Veey very rude in a way where she didn't care if i told the managwr about her actions.
ME. Still keeping my gesture to her i told her ok thank you and for rude complies ill be reporting this to manager. And again being rude ana said OK I DONT CARE HAVE A NICE DAY and immediately hung up.
