It's big. They have a decent size section for plus-sized clothes. It's kind of messy though, everything is everywhere but if you have time to kill and patience you might strike gold. Lol
The store is really hot and humid, (they have no air conditioning). Who the hell is in charge of hiring people here, cause every time I go it's a bunch of snotty rude brats, who if you try to go up to them and ask them a question they LITERALLY RUN AWAY FROM YOU, and one of the cashier shamed my cousin for buying a mini skirt. What kind of a store is this, horrible.
Dirty, no one ever helps you, or asks if you need help, no one greets you, cashier guy ignored me the whole time, super rude. Hate the forever 21 in the AV
The Staff is always nice, but is to HOT! Inside the store to stay long and shop
DIRTY! AND HOT! You enter the store and feel like you've entered hell it has no AC and the workers are jerks. The fitting room is super gross has trash and a pin went into my foot the lighting is so creepy and the floor is covered in trash, I honestly just go for the sales.
