Good stuffs reasonavle price
This is a review to warn the consumer NOT to buy holiday gifts from Old Navy's online store. Realize that I have not had any issues with their actual stores--though the way they've handled things with online customer service, I doubt i would shop with any GAP store again. Eight years ago I did a good portion of my Christmas shopping on their online store, and my gifts were not shipped on time and then they were shipped to the wrong address. My experience was so bad that time, that I swore I would NEVER do online orders with their company again.
I love Old Navy. The clothes is nice, the prices are great. The customer service is friendly. I love the diversity of the employees too.
They have nice clothes and the cashiers are very polite and patient
Fast forward to my order this year. I only selected Old Navy because someone suggested them in a gift request. The prices were amazing, so I figured that my lousy experience was a one-time thing. I placed my order TEN business days ago--and just NOW I get an email about my order not shipping on time.
They always have a great selection of items and a clean store. I just wish they had more athletic fitting clothing section
I have never had this issue with any other company, so buyer beware!
