The hotel is nice and has modern decor. Theresa who works at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. When I ordered breakfast, I was a bit irked that they messed up my order even after I told the cashier what I wanted 4 times but they corrected the problem and offered me extra.
Convenient location near shopping centers and restaurants. Also located near highway 14. Staff is extremely friendly. A full bar is available with complimentary drinks. Room was clean and well kept when I arrived. Comes with TV, fridge, and microwave.
Best place I've stayed in the AV thus far! Clean, spacious, and cozy. Pretty good breakfast selection.
I love this place! It is modern, clean, spacious, and the staff is very friendly. They were accommodating, and provide great customer service. Best part is, it was surprisingly very affordable!
The one thing a hotel is supposed to provide us a comfortable place for a good night's sleep. I had the option of waking up really early and making a five hour drive or going down the day before and spending the night. I would have been better off sleeping in my own bed and getting up early. The problem was the sheet and the mattress pad kept slipping off the bed during the night, making for a miserable night's sleep. When the lady at the front desk asked me how I enjoyed my stay, she indicated that the hotel management was working on getting new bedding and that my complaint was a common complaint. I wasn't looking for a free night or even a discount. But it certainly is upsetting that a hotel if this supposed quality is struggling to address the most basic demand of their business, especially when they know there is an issue. The lady then asked if I would come back again and give them another chance. I politely chose not to respond.
