I did LOVE that they offer the option to skip housekeeping to conserve resources! We generally do so anyway, but they offer points toward your rewards =) I will also say that Victoria (maybe Veronica, I should have paid better attention) was awesome at checkout, she credited us for the inconveniences, and showed a genuine concern.
Clean and spacious room. Huge and comfy bed. Great blackout blinds for a great night's sleep. No traffic or guest noise. Friendly, professional, and youthful(!) staff. Good quality buffet breakfast included. All this for around $100; an absolute bargain! 110% would stay again.
A nice place to stay near the freeway and Palmdale hospital. I use it when I don't want to commute. Never been disappointed. Nice staff and clean facilities. Could be more modern, but that's Palmdale for you.
I loved it! The staff was very accommodating! The room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, and was included with the room. I will definitely go back!
The room was clean, however none of the tabletop/desk plugs worked, so we had to move furniture to get to plugs for phones and laptops. The hotel is undergoing upgrades (awesome!) one floor 4 &5 and we were not informed, and the paint odors were fairly heavy in our room (I am very sensitive to smells) but not so much so that I couldn't stay in the room. The "snack room" is nothing more than a small wall of chips, bit even having Tylenol/Motrin/etc available, the solution was to go to the Chevron across the street...
Taylor was awesome. I'm a nursing mom and attended a professional event, during which time I needed pump and store my milk. Taylor arranged for a refrigerator to be put in the conference room for me. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
