We had a 9 o’clock appointment for our dog to get his vaccines done. We called them letting them know we were running behind.The woman said they have a 15 minute grace period and said we had to reschedule. We said we would be there in 5 minutes, she then changed her story and said the grace period is 5-10 minutes. She tells us we would have to reschedule the appointment because they have surgeries that needed to get started on. I’m confused, if we were there on time and she tells us within 10 minutes their starting surgeries. When would they have time for our dog? Then tells us that we would have to wait to be seen after the people showed after us. Poor customer service, and won’t be coming back.
The staff is respectful and courteous, they take care of you pretty quick and are very informative during the whole process. I will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.
I have taken my four small dogs as well as a rabbit for medical care and vaccinations. I have always been so comfortable and pleased with the staff. The service is great. Dr. Sanders is very competent and takes a personal interest in my dogs. I have referred many people to All Care Pet Clinic as I have always been so pleased with them.
This is a great clinic. Their prices are reasonable and it is clean. They were very helpful when my dog pulled a muscle in his neck area. I would highly recommend them.
