I have been going to Dr. Naiditch for many years. She is an excellent vet and provides quality care to my pets.
I've gone here for many years with dogs and cats. Dr Nadich is very knowledgeable and caring. Other vet's there also maintain a high standard. The office staff is generally friendly. Prices for service are comparable or better than some other vet's.
I've been taking my pets to High Desert Animal Care Hospital for over 25 years. I've never had a bad experience during those years. The staff is friendly and they handle the animals with kid gloves. I once had a cat that was having kidney problems. The course of treatment wasn't working and he was getting worse. During the final exam the vet was giving me the facts and I wasn't detecting any false hope. I asked her " is it time yet" (euthanasia). She paused, her eyes teared up and she nodded yes. Her compassion really touched my heart and helped me make a very painful decision. A few days later I received a sympathy card from the vet and staff. It provided closure to one of my darkest days as a pet parent. Wow, I'm tearing up as I write this.......
Never again will I go there. I took my dog and they were not even able to tell me what's wrong with her, but paid $650. When I got home I noticed my dog was all red from her tail. They said it was because she's paralyzed waist down and keeps on going on herself. I did not authorized to have her shaved down. Horrible experience don't recommend this hospital.
They are simply the best in the AV, although a bit pricey, they are still less than the emergency hospital. They have helped me after hours and in emergency situations. My dog wouldn't have survived without the wonderful doctors there. Just a side note they have some new staff there who on my last visit we're a little less friendly than the previous staff but I still LOVE this vet.
